Advert for Administrator for the Safeguarding Team
AFC Band 3
37.5 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an enthusiastic, well organised administrator to join the busy safeguarding team in Solihull Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
The post holder will provide administrative support to the child safeguarding nurses working in Solihull MASH.
To manage this very busy environment you will need to be flexible, with superior organisational and communication skills and a good understanding of a range of IT tools.
The successful candidate will be conscientious and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
The information within MASH is highly sensitive and confidential therefore a compassionate, professional and sensitive manner will be required.
The post holder must understand and maintain confidentiality at all times.
The successful candidate will be required to act as a point of contact for health professionals working in MASH and external partners (including Police and Social Care) and so is required to have a professional manner and the ability to communicate confidently and courteously.
A DBS check will be required for this post.
